Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Clayton Hotel Chiswick. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our front office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the front office team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction scores and high levels of customer loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest communication.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, including guest satisfaction scores, room occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of front office staff.
  • Ensure that all front office staff are aware of and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a front office leadership role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
