We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at SSP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations
  • Guide and support colleagues to maintain a safe working and dining environment
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure operational excellence and adhere to guidelines

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
