Role Overview: If you are enthusiastic about customer service and excel at resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction, we invite you to explore a position within our Client Relations team. As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve client grievances promptly, communicate effectively with policyholders, and collaborate with various departments to address concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document, investigate, and resolve client complaints in accordance with company protocols and performance metrics.
  • Engage with policyholders through multiple communication channels in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of individual complaints and serve as a referral point for other departments.
  • Provide insights on complaint resolutions, patterns, and underlying causes for continuous improvement.
  • Make equitable decisions in line with departmental guidelines and manage complex complaints as necessary.
  • Foster relationships with different business units and ensure adherence to policies consistently.
  • Assist in the execution of the Client Relations Strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service with an emphasis on complaint resolution.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to resolve client issues while balancing organizational needs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and databases.
