We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at CHAMP Cargosystems. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth in our assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate successful negotiations.
- Manage and respond to RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all documentation.
- Travel required: up to 10-15%.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the Air Cargo Transport Industry.
- Proven experience of successful sales and customer relationship management.
- High level of proficiency in current versions of IT applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing sales project plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
