We are working with a fantastic business in Ellesmere Port to recruit an Employee Benefits Administrator role.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business as an Employee Benefits Administrator, where you will have the chance to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new business applications from start to finish, ensuring seamless onboarding and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process group scheme renewals, request and check quotes, and support advisers by negotiating rates, providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Draft recommendation reports for group risk, healthcare, and pension schemes, showcasing your expertise and attention to detail.
  • Process claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with requests from clients and advisers, providing prompt and professional responses.

Requirements

To be successful in this Employee Benefits Administrator role, you will need:

  • Experience working in employee benefits, with strong financial services administration skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Passionate about customer service, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
