Position Overview

What Are We Seeking?

Due to ongoing sustainable expansion, our Water Technologies and Modular Build division is in search of a Senior Mechanical Engineer to become a permanent member of our in-house, multidisciplinary design team. You will assume a pivotal role in various project phases, from initial scoping and detailed design to execution, ensuring adherence to Client Specifications and current regulatory standards, with a strong emphasis on low-carbon solutions.

This role can be performed from our offices in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage design elements of projects from conception to execution.
  • Guarantee compliance with Client specifications and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Develop work scope estimates and quotations.
  • Compile contract works information documents.
  • Address project health and safety, quality, and environmental considerations.
  • Engage with all key stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Implement project change control and program requirements.
  • Assume responsibility as Design Lead for assigned projects.

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary design team.
  • Familiarity with all design stages is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
