About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Marketing and Communications team as a Digital Communications Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our marketing and communications plan and play a key role in promoting the work of East Anglia's Children's Hospices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our audience and increase online presence.
  • Manage the creation and posting of high-quality social media content, including paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on social media activity, providing insights and recommendations for future content and platform optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Comms Coordinator to plan and coordinate digital content and campaigns.
  • Produce engaging and emotive film content to support our marketing and communications efforts.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital communications role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web content management systems.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging and emotive content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to the values and mission of East Anglia's Children's Hospices.
