We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team at East Anglia's Children's Hospices. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our marketing and communications plan, with a focus on social media content creation and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our audience and increase brand awareness.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Comms Coordinator to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of digital content, including blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital communications, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
