Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Transformation Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Crime practice, you will be responsible for leading complex financial crime transformation projects and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial crime transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and implement financial crime risk management strategies and solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver financial crime compliance programs, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial crime risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure our solutions remain effective and relevant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial crime risk management, compliance, and transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial crime regulations, including AML, KYC, and sanctions.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
