About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of managers to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
