We are eager to find a
Director of Property Management to facilitate the continued success and expansion of our business in the upcoming years, becoming a vital member of the Mowgli senior leadership team.

This position is responsible for
overseeing the seamless and efficient functioning of the property operations across
Mowgli, ensuring that our portfolio is maintained to the highest standards at all times. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will encompass all aspects of property management within Mowgli and will collaborate closely with the founder/CEO as well as the broader property and operations teams.

Given that our Head Office is located in the North-West, the ideal candidate will have convenient travel access to this region. National travel will also be a requirement.

As our Director of Property Management, you will:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure
    the estate is consistently presented to the highest possible standards, including the creation and management of refurbishment plans for existing properties.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure
    that maintenance processes are functioning effectively.
  • Oversee and mentor the property administrator to ensure
    that maintenance goals are achieved.
  • Establish and maintain processes to ensure compliance with
    regulations and standards across the estate.
  • Identify and apply best practices in property management
    throughout the estate.
  • Foster relationships with landlords across
    the estate to ensure smooth operations and positive interactions.
  • Manage and communicate project timelines across the organization.
