Site Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team at our head office in Burton-on-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our integrated management system (IMS) and related systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, execution, and accurate registration of HSE training in conjunction with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain registers of HSE legal and other requirements to support compliance, as directed by your line manager.
  • Coordinate contractor management on site in the UK, including liaising with relevant stakeholders, e.g., Purchasing and local managers.
  • Keep up-to-date records of all facilities management work on site, liaising with key stakeholders including suppliers and local managers.
  • Provide support to key stakeholders undertaking travel abroad.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
