About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Client Administrator to join our team in Salisbury. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will play a vital role in supporting our solicitors and legal executives in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Private Client team, including managing correspondence, handling enquiries, and maintaining client files.
  • Prepare legal documents, letters, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing duties, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a legal administrative role, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with legal case management systems.
