About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Norwegian Client Service Associate to join our team at Fisher Investments Europe. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, working closely with our sales representatives, investment counsellors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with top banks to assist with administrative and operational tasks
  • Gain exposure to other European countries' businesses
  • Support investment counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiries
  • Produce reports based on the current situation of prospective clients
  • Develop expertise in multiple subjects and take on more responsibility as you grow in your role
  • Report to your client service team leader who will provide on-the-job training and professional development

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus)
  • Native/Fluent Norwegian and English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Commitment to maintaining quality of work while meeting deadlines
