About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a network of experts to provide high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and experts to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information.
Requirements
  • Strong academic credentials, including a 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
  • Relevant internship experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent English and Norwegian language skills, with a C2 level of proficiency.
What We Offer
  • Total first-year compensation ranging from £47-56k, consisting of an annual base salary and uncapped variable compensation.
  • 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings.

  • 25 vacation days, plus bank holidays and business closure between Christmas and New Year's.
