About the Role

The Aerospace Technology Institute is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an International Strategy and Engagement Manager. This exciting new role will play a key part in growing our presence globally, identifying and building strategic partnerships with key overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the ATI Engagement Strategy and International Plan, working closely with the External Relations team and other ATI teams to shape and facilitate international policy with UK Government and international bodies.
  • Produce insightful market analysis to help shape the ATI international plan, conducting analysis of national policies, international technology programmes, overseas funding programmes, and stakeholder strategies within identified markets.
  • Develop and plan a series of activities with key stakeholders aligned with furthering the ATI Business Plan, providing ATI thought leadership content and messaging designed to inform and enable action.
Requirements
  • Passionate about the decarbonisation of flight and excited by the opportunity to help influence and grow the UK's role on the global stage.
  • Analytical skills, able to analyse data effectively to create digestible information for decision making, with a strong understanding of UK and international policy.
  • Creative and innovative, able to instigate and assess new ideas, with excellent relationship building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of people, including overseas officials, technology managers, corporate executives, and government officials.
