Facilities Manager

Huboo is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and improvement of our buildings, equipment, and grounds. The successful candidate will ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement facilities maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades, to enhance the overall quality of our facilities.
- Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance strategy to maintain standards and legal compliance.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Undertake regular supplier relationship meetings with contractors and service providers to ensure value for money and high-quality services.
We are looking for a Facilities Manager with:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
- A full clean driving license and own transport.
