Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. This will involve traveling to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain complex laboratory diagnostics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including installation, repair, and calibration of laboratory diagnostics systems.
  2. Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repair services, as well as to provide training and support to customers.
  3. Work with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, and to provide solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and that technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  1. Strong technical background in electronics or electro-mechanical service or technical support.
  2. Qualified to a minimum ONC / HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.
