Lead Project Coordinator

We are eager to connect with a proactive and driven lead project coordinator who possesses the creativity and capability to consistently discover efficient and effective operational methods. Building strong relationships within our organization, as well as with project teams and clients, is essential.

What will your impact be?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing significant renovation initiatives. We seek individuals who are passionate about service excellence, value teamwork, and are committed to fostering enduring business relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding the project team in daily operations.
  • Ensuring project delivery aligns with established financial, quality, and timeline standards.
  • Overseeing logistics planning and construction feasibility.
  • Facilitating design team and stakeholder meetings.
  • Proactively identifying risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Providing regular updates through weekly and monthly reports.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.
  • Collaborating closely with cost management and health & safety teams.
  • Staying informed about relevant regulations impacting client-managed properties.
  • Promoting sustainable practices and understanding how to integrate them into projects.

What qualifications are necessary?

If you are prepared to be the driving force behind our growth and success as a Lead Project Coordinator, you will need:

  • A degree in project or construction management from a recognized UK university.
  • Chartered membership with RICS or a comparable organization, along with substantial industry experience.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
  • A willingness to travel nationally and potentially internationally.
  • Experience in delivering projects within the hospitality sector.
  • A background in professional services.
  • Strong skills in project planning and scheduling.
  • Robust technical knowledge.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The capacity to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
  • A desire to learn and share knowledge with the team.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Work Environment
