Lead Warehouse Operations at Lidl

As a Shift Leader at Lidl, you'll play a key role in running our warehouse operations, leading by example to drive results and support your team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts for your area, ensuring colleague performance and direct reports are meeting expectations
  • Collaborate with other Shift Leaders to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
  • Support the Department Manager with daily operations and personnel management
  • Mentor colleagues and support team training
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including stock movement, picking, and processing returns
