As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of your team, including training, coaching, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve warehouse operations and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and Department Managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the warehouse.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
