Job Overview

Role Summary: Provide essential support to the Managing Director in the management of a dynamic sales office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
  2. Handle sales inquiries from initial contact through to order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
  3. Manage supplier orders, including receipt of goods and invoice processing.
  4. Oversee financial transactions, including payments received from customers and payments made to suppliers.
  5. Verify and manage employee time records.
  6. Collaborate with our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) provider and oversee their online management system.
  7. Ensure accurate filing and organization of documents.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized office space.

This role is vital for the operational efficiency of MAC CONTRACT FURNITURE LTD, ensuring that all sales processes run smoothly and effectively.
