Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver a responsive and adaptable service to meet customer needs across their preferred channels.
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their current and future mortgage and protection requirements, assisting them in securing a customized mortgage solution.
- Recognize the broader financial planning needs of clients and facilitate referrals to other departments within the bank to address those needs.
- Proactively cultivate and enhance client relationships, responsibly generating new business opportunities.
- Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all interactions.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside your immediate team.
Essential Skills:
- Possession of RO1 / CF1 and CF6 (or CeMAP or equivalent) qualifications.
- Ability to communicate with confidence and professionalism.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in adhering to compliance and quality standards.
- Demonstrated history of following business processes, rules, and regulations.
- Background in the Mortgage and Lending sector.
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of 9-5, Monday to Saturday.
