About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Operations professional to join our team as Head of Fundraising Operations. As a key member of our Fundraising Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Fundraising Operations team, overseeing the development and implementation of fundraising policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement business processes, including performance management and data analysis.
- Develop and execute major fundraising campaigns, leveraging your expertise in complex and fast-moving management information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of professionalism in all fundraising activities.
