About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Carluccio's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and presentation.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the Head and Sous Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen operations.
  • Ensure seamless communication with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on presentation and flavor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
