IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a small med-tech scale-up based just outside of Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or office management role, with a strong ability to handle incoming customer queries and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
