About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team at MBDA, Golf Course Lane, Bristol. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will assist Senior Chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Senior Chefs in food preparation and cooking
  • Comply with all relevant food safety legislation
  • Support with food orders and inventory management
  • Work in a clean and tidy manner, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Check food for allergens and ensure compliance with Natasha's Law
  • Assist with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
  • Provide excellent customer service and counter serving
Requirements
  • Chef experience at commis level is desirable
  • Basic cookery skills and previous kitchen experience
  • Allergen awareness and training will be provided
  • Excellent team player and communicator
  • MBDA security checks required
