Key Responsibilities:
- Emphasize compliance with Part 145 regulations.
- Safeguard customers from quality issues by ensuring that products and practices meet regulations, customer specifications, and Safran standards while fostering a culture of prevention and foresight.

- Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Facilitate the deployment of the Quality Management System throughout the organization by implementing and monitoring internal audits, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Collaborate with all business areas on matters related to quality systems, procedures, direction, and processes, including the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance.
- Provide assistance during customer and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with AS9100, EASA Part 21(G)/21(J), and EASA 145.
- Support coaching on quality enhancement and relevant tools (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D), along with Human Factors training for Quality Assurance implementation throughout the organization.
- Prepare audit checklists.
- Conduct both internal and external audits as necessary, including process and product audits.
- Manage audit non-conformity requests by raising, issuing, monitoring, and overseeing them.
