Job Title: Compliance and Quality Engineer

Join Safran Seats, a leading manufacturer of premium seating and technology, as a Compliance and Quality Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the company's Quality Management System is comprehensive and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on Part 145 compliance and ensure products and practices meet regulations and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data and feedback, and providing support for all company functions.
  • Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with all areas of the business on quality systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Support customer and regulatory audits to ensure process and procedural compliance.
Requirements:
  • Sound engineering/quality background with experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing/engineering industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
