Are you enthusiastic about the beauty sector and dedicated to supporting students in reaching their academic aspirations? Join our team at the Fashion Retail Academy as an Events Executive.
In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our ambitious growth objectives for the Fashion Retail Academy. Your primary focus will be to enhance the number of applicants and improve the conversion rates of these candidates into enrolled students, thereby aiding our expansion goals. Collaborating closely with the Applicant Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the overall strategy aimed at boosting applications and conversions, with particular emphasis on organizing Open Days. This will involve coordinating with various internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of events that lead to increased enrollment, as well as managing applicant days and both online and external events.
Your responsibilities will also extend to larger external recruitment initiatives for diploma programs. This will include the organization of exhibition stands, preparation of promotional materials, staffing arrangements, and budget management. A solid understanding of the beauty industry and the courses we provide will be essential for creating relevant and engaging content and campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a marketing or events role, along with familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms.
- Understanding of CRM functionalities, including the ability to create direct mail campaigns and manage customer lists.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with a technical grasp of webinar software.
- A qualification in a relevant field and/or pertinent work experience.
- Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to high accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Robust project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a natural inclination for collaboration and teamwork.
