About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Executive to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd. As a key member of our Agile Media Team, you will be responsible for executing regional full funnel paid media strategies and driving growth under the direction of a manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Paid Social and Display campaigns across multiple platforms according to media plans.
  • Support local marketing teams with awareness-consideration digital media buying for their respective regions.
  • Take ownership and deliver regular performance reports/ updates to various relevant stakeholders and recommend changes based on results.
  • Build a strong relationship with the content and creative team to create best-in-class assets for campaigns that align with platform best practices and are optimized for local markets.
  • Build a strong relationship with local marketing contacts to provide cross-departmental synergies between Global and Regional teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent hands-on experience in full funnel multi-channel media buying (Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.),
  • Experience activating campaigns across multiple creative formats, in various environments, preferably across international markets.
  • Experience in managing the creative/content briefing process.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in DTC brands in beauty and/or luxury sectors would be a strong bonus.
  • A flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
