Job Summary:
The Senior Service Manager/Depute CEO will work alongside the Chief Executive Officer as part of the Senior Management Team to progress the strategic priorities outlined in the Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a portfolio of designated services and thematic practice areas
- Provide leadership, innovation, governance, and quality assurance across these areas
- Deputise for the Chief Executive Officer as required
- Work alongside colleagues, service users, and communities to bring out the best in them
Requirements:
- Innovative and creative thinker with excellent leadership skills

- Significant experience of working at a management level
