Job Role & Responsibilities

As the MEP Technical Services Lead, you will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting site reviews and validations to ensure compliance with British Standards.
  2. Preparing drawings with subcontractors for balancing/flushing requirements before mobilisation.
  3. Conducting on-site design/installation reviews, including:
    1. Monitoring installations to ensure they meet project requirements.
    2. Reviewing the project programme weekly, ensuring a two-week lookahead on each bi-weekly visit.
    3. Preparing and issuing a monthly project progress snapshot, including:
    4. Coordinating and delivering client handover training on-site.

Key Skills

Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Extensive knowledge of British Standards in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills at all levels, from site to senior management.
Full UK driver's license.
