Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing factories.
- Provide expert technical advice on the full range of bakery equipment, including ovens, packaging, and mixing solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
- A proven track record in sales within the bakery, food production, or related industries.
- An engineering qualification in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, or food engineering preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of food production processes and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage a national sales territory.
- Competitive base salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.
