We are seeking a skilled Housing Support Services Coordinator with robust administrative capabilities and a foundational knowledge of the Social Housing Sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing each residence to enhance the needs and preferences of service users through regular evaluations, assessments, and the development of care plans.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer-oriented experience for all tenants by ensuring that care and support housing initiatives and properties are effectively managed and well-maintained.
  • Collaborating closely with tenants and support organizations to address environmental, property, and tenancy challenges to ensure the sustainability of tenancies.
  • Cultivating local awareness of the communities and neighborhoods where supported housing operates, and forging partnerships to address the needs of tenants and the broader community.
  • Coordinating effectively with internal departments and external entities to support tenants in maintaining their tenancies.
  • Providing outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrating dedication to the company's vision, values, strategic objectives, and goals.
  • Staying informed about current issues, standards, best practices, and legislation related to care and supported housing.
  • Training and supervising support staff, while also tracking their development.
  • Reviewing care and welfare documentation to ensure that support plans are current for each tenant and property.
  • Maintaining a verifiable record of welfare provisions across all supported housing schemes.

  • Experience in the social housing sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
