Job Summary:

Apcoa Parking is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team. As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will play a critical role in enforcing local laws and regulations to protect the environment and public health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce environmental laws and regulations within the designated area.
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support enforcement actions.
  • Issue warnings and fines to individuals and businesses that violate environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure effective enforcement.
  • Provide education and outreach to the public on environmental issues and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of enforcement activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in environmental science, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in law enforcement, environmental enforcement, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
