Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Call Adviser. As a key member of our Customer Call Hub, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving financial disputes in a fair and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Initial Contact - You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance with setting up complex complaints from our inbound helpline, accurately inputting data on our systems.
  2. Financial Product Knowledge - You will develop knowledge of our product areas, processes, and understanding of what we can and can't help customers with and where to go for help.
  3. Effective Communication - You will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, think pragmatically, and communicate empathetically to quickly understand and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Previous call centre experience.
  • Knowledge of financial products.
