Job Title: Associate Minister - Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Minister to join our team at St James Fletchamstead. As a key member of our staff team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our church community.

About the Role

The Associate Minister will be responsible for leading and supporting the church in its mission to make disciples and grow as a community on mission. This will involve working closely with the clergy and lay leaders to develop and implement strategies for evangelism, mission, and discipleship.

You will also be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to the congregation, as well as contributing to the development of the church's administration and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support the church in its mission to make disciples and grow as a community on mission
  2. Work closely with the clergy and lay leaders to develop and implement strategies for evangelism, mission, and discipleship
  3. Provide pastoral care and support to the congregation
  4. Contribute to the development of the church's administration and financial management
