Position Overview

We are seeking to hire an Electronics Specialist to become a vital member of our Manufacturing Production Engineering division. This team is dedicated to the innovation, development, and upkeep of all production apparatus and methodologies that facilitate the creation of top-tier tele-healthcare devices.
Core Responsibilities:
As an Electronics Specialist, your primary focus will be to ensure the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and related products meet the highest standards of design and manufacturing excellence. You will collaborate closely with the Electronic Engineer, aiding in the design and maintenance of various functional test equipment and fixtures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess a solid technical foundation in electronics engineering, along with demonstrated hands-on experience in the design and upkeep of testing fixtures. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, work well in a team environment, exhibit strong technical writing abilities, and maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, showcasing problem-solving and analytical skills.

Your Daily Duties Will Include:
  • Implementing the design and validation of PCB test and product test fixtures based on specifications provided by the engineering team,
  • Conducting routine maintenance on all PCB processing and functional testing equipment,
  • Assisting the Electronic Engineer in managing and executing internal and external calibration of all testing apparatus utilized throughout the facility,
  • Supporting the Electronic Engineer in executing Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across all factory machinery and testing equipment,
  • Generating and reporting performance metrics for manufacturing processes and taking necessary actions to sustain or improve performance,
  • Providing regular updates on performance metrics for all process machinery,
  • Ensuring all machinery is maintained safely and efficiently in line with company policies,
  • Delivering technical support and training to operators on daily maintenance responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
  • Strong technical knowledge in a relevant engineering discipline,
  • Proven hands-on experience in the design and maintenance of testing fixtures (on-site training will be available),
  • Excellent technical writing capabilities,
  • Proficient IT skills,
  • Able to effectively plan and prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring quality and timely delivery,
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • A collaborative team player,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
