Position Overview

We are seeking to hire an Electronics Repair Specialist to become a vital member of our Manufacturing Production Engineering division. This team is dedicated to the design, development, and upkeep of all production apparatus and methodologies that facilitate the creation of top-tier tele-healthcare devices.
Core Responsibilities:
As an Electronics Repair Specialist, your primary focus will be to ensure the fabrication of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and associated products meet the highest standards of design and manufacturing excellence. You will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer and support in routine total preventative maintenance (TPM) as well as the maintenance of factory testing apparatus and machinery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you should possess a solid technical foundation in an electronic engineering field, along with demonstrated hands-on experience in maintaining and diagnosing manufacturing equipment. The successful applicant will be an effective communicator, work well in a team setting, exhibit strong technical writing capabilities, and maintain a proactive, 'can-do' mindset, showcasing problem-solving and analytical skills.

Your Daily Duties Will Include:
  • Performing regular maintenance tasks across all factory machinery and testing equipment,
  • Assisting the Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer in executing TPM (total preventative maintenance) initiatives across all factory machinery and testing equipment,
  • Collaborating with line leaders to identify issues and establish corrective measures to enhance the quality and yield of manufactured products,
  • Identifying and reporting on process modifications for yield, cost, and quality enhancements, while ensuring the highest quality of manufactured products,
  • Generating and reporting on performance metrics of manufacturing processes and taking necessary actions to maintain or improve performance,
  • Ensuring that all machinery is maintained safely and efficiently in line with company policies,
  • Providing technical support and training to operators on daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
  • Strong technical knowledge in an electronics engineering discipline,
  • Proven hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment,
  • Strong technical writing abilities,
  • Proficient IT skills,
  • Able to effectively plan and prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring quality and timely delivery,
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • A collaborative team player,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
