Randstad Sourceright, a prominent provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist for a global leader in the Transport and Mobility sector.

This role requires onsite presence from Monday to Friday and is structured as an initial contract that may be extended or transitioned to a permanent position.

The Specialist will cultivate relationships across the manufacturing facility and engage with the Senior Management team, overseeing all indirect procurement activities along with some strategic sourcing responsibilities.

Procurement Responsibilities:


Support the sourcing and acquisition of indirect materials, including office supplies, maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items, as well as other non-production related goods and services.

Prepare and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documentation.
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
Assess supplier performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Assist in addressing issues related to supplier performance and delivery challenges.
Conduct market analysis to remain updated on pricing trends, supply chain risks, and industry advancements.

Inventory Oversight:
Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of indirect materials to prevent shortages.
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to manage inventory efficiently.
Maintain precise records of procurement activities, supplier details, and inventory information.
Generate regular reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost efficiencies.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement processes, and applicable regulations.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of procurement practices and procedures.
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is advantageous.
