About the Role

Dental CIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Management
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the project's commercial aspects, including the type of building contract and key project stakeholders.
    • Liaise with the Project Manager and Project Quantity Surveyor to ensure that all commercial aspects of the project are properly managed.
  • Site Management
    • Supervise and monitor the site labour workforce and the work of subcontractors to ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
    • Plan and organize the site's resources, including plant and equipment, to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Quality Management
    • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, and that any defects or issues are promptly identified and addressed.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures and protocols.
    • Identify and mitigate any potential health and safety risks on site.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and site personnel.
    • Ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and timely.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
