Vickerstock is pleased to be continuing our partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor on the appointment of a Site Manager to work on a large scale educational and commercial build.
Your new role as Site Manager
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Understand building contracts and work with stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery.
- Issue and apply for relevant permits.
- Conduct meetings with suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure high-quality work is carried out.
- Compile snagging lists.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance on site.
**Requirements:**
- Previous Site Management experience
- CSCS/CSR card
- SMSTS qualified
- Commercial, retail, healthcare, education, or new build experience.
**Nice to Have:**
- First Aid at Work Qualification
