CS Construction Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Management: Possess a thorough understanding of building contracts and key project stakeholders, including clients, client representatives, and design teams.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, including supervising and monitoring site labor and subcontractors, issuing permits, and closing out work activities.
- Quality Management: Ensure high-quality work by raising non-conformance reports, inspecting and testing plans, and managing snagging lists.
- Health and Safety Management: Understand and comply with current Health and Safety/CDM legislation, temporary works procedures, and labor-only subcontractor assessments.
- Essential Qualifications: CSCS/CSR card, SMSTS qualified
- Desirable Qualifications: First Aid at Work, Professional qualification
- Experience: Relevant construction experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, refurbishment, and/or new build projects, with proven ability to manage subcontractors and temporary works procedures.
