Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Premium Processing Technician to join our team at Excelerate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality premium processing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business unit leaders, middle office leaders, and auditors.
  • Work on premium processing-related projects, including transformations, transitions, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the premium processing team to achieve business results and service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, risk management, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in the commercial insurance industry.
  • Experience in premium processing or a related field.
  • Good understanding of London Market Specialty Insurance.
