Job Summary
Miller Insurance Services LLP is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing and payment of premiums, as well as maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Premium Processing: Organize and process premiums, insurance documentation, and other related tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, premiums, and other relevant data.
- Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on premium payments and other matters.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit London Market Insurance documentation, including LPANs and supporting documents to Xchanging.
- Technical Support: Review and resolve technical questions from clients, markets, credit control, claims, and the business unit to ensure the client's best interests are maintained.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management as required.
