We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team at Kenton Black Construction. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile projects in the Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:- Review project information and set design deliverables
- Prepare and agree design programmes with project managers, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor and report on design progress, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Develop and agree design input/output responsibilities between consultants and subcontractors
- Coordinate approval of all building regulation matters
- Proven experience in design management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
