Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Public Relations Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies that elevate our clients' brands and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic public relations plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials.
  • Manage media outreach and secure positive coverage in target publications.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success.
  • Lead and mentor a team of public relations professionals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful public relations campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of media relations and the ability to secure positive coverage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
