Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate C++ Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming, a deep understanding of software development principles, and a proven ability to teach and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to our diverse clientele, ranging from beginners to advanced professionals.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions (online/in-person) for individuals and groups at various skill levels.
  • Provide Hands-on Coding Exercises: Provide hands-on coding exercises and real-world project examples to enhance learning.
  • Evaluate Trainees' Progress: Assess and evaluate trainees' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in C++ and software development.
  • Customize Training Content: Customize training content to meet the specific needs of clients or learners.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other trainers, instructional designers, and stakeholders to improve training offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Programming Experience: Proven experience in C++ programming and software development (5+ years preferred).
  • Training Experience: Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a technical field is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Development Tools: Proficiency with development tools and environments (e.g., Visual Studio, GCC, CMake).
  • Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus.
