Account Executive

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of business for existing clients and develop a strong pipeline of new business in relation to various lines of Commercial Insurance.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and provide a high-quality service to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.
  • Generate revenue for the business and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Close sales and ensure cover is in place.
  • Monitor own sales performance and effectively manage the client portfolio.
  • Handle complaints in accordance with regulation, company policy, and best practice.
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards.
  • Liaise with colleagues when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Account Executive role within a broker environment, looking after Commercial Insurance in the Scottish regions.
  • Working knowledge of all Commercial Insurance products.
  • Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Regulatory and compliance awareness.
