About the Role- Manage a portfolio of business for existing clients and develop a strong pipeline of new business in relation to various lines of Commercial Insurance.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and provide a high-quality service to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.
- Generate revenue for the business and achieve sales targets.
- Close sales and ensure cover is in place.
- Monitor own sales performance and effectively manage the client portfolio.
- Handle complaints in accordance with regulation, company policy, and best practice.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards.
- Liaise with colleagues when appropriate.
- Previous experience in an Account Executive role within a broker environment, looking after Commercial Insurance in the Scottish regions.
- Working knowledge of all Commercial Insurance products.
- Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and insurers.
- Regulatory and compliance awareness.
